Mission Statement Wallers’ GymJam Academy’s mission is to provide gymnastics and fitness education of the highest quality to all levels and ages of athletes in a safe, positive and stimulating environment, while developing strong, happy people of character and sportsmanship.

Philosophy
Philosophy It is our goal to challenge each athlete at his or her individual ability and commitment level. We will strive to help children grow, not only in their physical abilities, but also as people of character, integrity, and sportsmanship, and to become contributing members of society. We will help teach children to take responsibility for their actions and think for themselves, encourage them to act respectfully to their peers and coaches, and instill a sense of pride in their athletic abilities and the program that we offer. It is our goal to provide a program that the whole family can enjoy and spend quality time together in a wholesome environment. We hope to achieve all of this in a way that everyone involved – staff, students and parents- works in a cohesive manner.
